Delete your data

You have full control over your data. This page explains exactly how to delete your Continuo account and every piece of personal data associated with it.

This action is permanent. Once deleted, your profile, reflections, goals, coaching history, mindfulness logs, and Growth Points cannot be recovered. Make sure to export anything you want to keep beforehand by writing to us at alexandru.molea@bemore.ro.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)

  1. Open the Continuo app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Scroll to the very bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Read the warning, type DELETE in the confirmation field.
  5. Confirm with your original sign-in method:
    • Sign in with Apple users: tap the Apple button — we re-verify your Apple ID, revoke the token Apple uses to identify you in our app, and then delete everything.
    • Email and password users: enter your password to confirm.
    • Google users: re-authenticate when prompted.
  6. Your data is removed immediately. You'll be signed out of the app.

Option 2 — Email request

If you can't access the app — for example, you lost your phone or the account is locked — send an email to alexandru.molea@bemore.ro from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line “Continuo Account Deletion Request”. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days (typically within 48 hours), and confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is removed:

Apple Health data stays in your Health app. Mindfulness sessions written to Apple Health belong to Apple, not Continuo — Apple controls that data. You can remove individual sessions in Health → Browse → Mindfulness → Show All Data, or revoke our access in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Continuo.
